Visiting the territory of the reserve and the biosphere reserve is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Specially Protected Natural Areas”, the Regulations on the Republican Reserve “Pribuzhskoe Polesie”, as well as the Regulations on the Biosphere Reserve “Pribuzhskoe Polesie”.
In accordance with the Regulations on the Biosphere Reserve “Pribuzhskoe Polesie” (No. 628 dated 09.12.2003):
- conducting economic activities, research and educational activities within the main zone is allowed with special permits from the administration of the biosphere reserve in accordance with the approved plan;
- measures to restore ecosystems and natural diversity must be coordinated with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus;
- economic activity within the transition zone is carried out on the basis of the principle of priority of environmentally compatible nature management and unconditional fulfillment of the established restrictions.
The regime established on the territory of the biosphere reserve is mandatory for all legal entities and individuals. Persons guilty of violating the regime of protection and use of the biosphere reserve are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The harm caused to the biosphere reserve is compensated by the guilty legal entities and (or) individuals in the amount and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
In accordance with the Regulations on the republican landscape reserve “Pribuzhskoe Polesie” dated 05/30/2003) on the territory of the landscape reserve “Pribuzhskoe Polesie” it is prohibited:
- clear felling for final use, except for the strip of attachment of the State Border of the Republic of Belarus and soft-leaved plantations, in which other felling is impractical;
- carrying out works related to changes in the natural landscape and the existing hydrological regime, except for works related to the reconstruction and operation of existing reclamation systems and facilities;
- damage and destruction of tree and shrub vegetation, violation of the natural soil cover, except for cases when it is associated with agricultural, forestry activities and activities to ensure the protection of the State Border of the Republic of Belarus;
- placement of production and consumption waste;
- burning of dry vegetation (fires), fire cleaning of cutting areas, cattle grazing in the forest;
- discharge of untreated wastewater, production and consumption waste into watercourses and reservoirs;
- setting up tourist camps, making fires, parking cars in places not intended for these purposes;
- the movement of mechanized transport off-road, except for vehicles performing agricultural, forestry work, as well as transport of border troops performing tasks to protect the State Border of the Republic of Belarus;
- air processing of agricultural lands with pesticides.
Placement, construction and reconstruction of objects of economic and other activities, development of deposits of common minerals on the territory of the reserve is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Fire safety rules
In a fire hazardous season, that is, from the moment the snow cover in the forest disappears until the onset of stable rainy autumn weather or the formation of snow cover, it is prohibited:
- make fires;
- throw burning matches, cigarette butts in the forest;
- burning of grass in forest glades, thawed patches, meadows and land plots directly adjacent to forests, as well as to protective and greenery plantations;
- littering of the forest with household waste and garbage;
If a forest fire is detected, it is necessary to immediately take measures to extinguish it and report it to forest guards or employees of the national park.
A responsibility
In accordance with the current legislation, they are subject to a fine, if these violations do not entail criminal liability of the person, the perpetrators:
- in violation of fire safety requirements in forests;
- in the destruction or damage of a forest as a result of setting fire to the forest or negligent handling of fire.
